The Adaptive Health Intelligence team attended the 2019 ACTA International Clinical Trials Conference in Sydney October 2-5. The theme of the conference was: ‘Better health through best evidence’ and had more than 450 delegates that attended over the 4 days.

One highlight of the conference was AHI team members Tom Snelling and Grace Currie winning awards for best oral presentation in their respective categories as well as team member Gladymar Perez winning an award for best oral poster presentation. We also had team members Jessica Ramsay, Bianca Middleton, James Totterdell and Mitch Messer deliver oral and poster presentations. The conference had strong themes of designing innovative trials, embedding research into routine care, learning healthcare systems and consumer involvement in clinical trials.
